Green Infrastructure Guide

Developed by: Georgetown Climate Center

Launched in 2013

Why Use the Tool

The Green Infrastructure Guide helps analyze common trends in the approaches U.S. cities are taking to planning, implementing, and funding green infrastructure to manage stormwater. The toolkit is intended to aid local governments nationwide in comparing best practices across cities, drawing lessons from different approaches, and crafting similar policies for their own jurisdictions. The financing section is particularly useful for better understanding the breadth of options, including federal, state, local, government, and private financing.
