Aarathi Kumar
Manager - Urban Development , WRI India
Aarathi Kumar is a Manager – Urban Development for the Sustainable Cities and Transport program in WRI India. Working out of the Bengaluru office, she works on the Innovation portfolio, helping scale adoption and application of innovation by cities to address urban challenges. Her work supports adaptation and resilience through innovative urban nature-based solutions, which includes TheCityFix Labs India and the India Forum for Nature-based Solutions.
Aarathi holds an integrated Master of Arts in Economics from IIT Madras and a Master of Science in Urban Development Planning from University College London as a Chevening Scholar.
