Ardi Armanto
Restoration and Behavior Research Specialist, WRI Indonesia
As a Restoration and Behavior Research Specialist for WRI Indonesia, Ardi Armanto supports the EMISI project by conducting and assessing restoration opportunities in various locations with several organization partners of WRI Indonesia. Specifically, his work is focused on leading engagement with restoration partners, managing restoration data given by restoration partners, and assisting in analyzing the impact on restoration activities on environmental, social, and economic aspects at individual and organizational levels.
Prior to WRI, Ardi worked as an individual consultant for various projects in the public sector focusing on land-use and climate mitigation policy. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology and his Master’s in Climate and Environmental Science from Bogor Agricultural University. In his free time, he enjoys exploring places, playing tennis, and reading books.
